01What documents do I need to rent a bike?
A valid driving license and government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, or PAN). Riders for bikes above 150cc must be 21+, and above 350cc must be 23+. International riders can use their home-country license or an IDP.
02How does the security deposit work?
A refundable deposit is collected at the time of pickup. The full amount is returned at the same time you return the vehicle if there's no damage.
03Important notice regarding helmets & deposits
Helmets are mandatory for both riders and pillion passengers. If our team notes a violation of this safety policy, your refundable deposit will be held for 30 days to account for the processing time of online traffic fines. Thank you for riding safely and responsibly!
04Is fuel included in the rental price?
Fuel is not included. We hand over the bike with whatever level it has, and you can return it at any level — we charge or refund the difference at market rates.
05What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours, 50% of the first day's rental is charged. No-shows are charged in full.
06Do you offer doorstep delivery?
Yes — across Kannur. Delivery is free within a short radius of our Caltex Junction and Narath hubs, and a small fee applies beyond that. Hotels, railway stations, and resorts are commonly served at no extra cost.
07What happens if the bike breaks down?
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance and a free replacement bike within 2 hours if you're inside a service zone. Outside service zones, we coordinate towing and a replacement same day.
08Are helmets and accessories included?
Yes — one helmet (and a second on request) is included with every rental, along with a rain coat during monsoon months. Premium accessories like saddle bags are available on request. Helmets are mandatory for riders and pillion passengers.
09Can I cross state borders?
Yes, with prior intimation. We'll equip the bike with the necessary papers and inter-state permits. A small one-time fee applies for border crossings.
